Delete branch "switch-to-mit0"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Why
The Unlicense is a public-domain dedication, which has questionable legal effect in France (and most of continental Europe): moral rights are inalienable (art. L121-1 CPI), so one cannot waive copyright outright. Only the fallback clause of The Unlicense would apply, and its drafting is often criticized.
MIT-0 (MIT No Attribution) grants the same practical freedom — do anything, no attribution required — but as a proper license grant, which works cleanly under droit d'auteur.
Checks
licensevalidator (v3.28.0) ✅Note: after merge + mirror sync, GitHub may take a few minutes to re-detect the license, and the shields.io badge caches for up to 4h.
