Context

S0 prepares the CO2 estimation code for auditable uncertainty bands, factor provenance, and explicit energy perimeters without changing current calculations or output contracts.

Impact

Adds internal foundation types (Band, CoefCell, Provenance, and EnergyPerimeter) and a byte-stable JSON golden test. Existing central values, JSON keys, and rendered output remain unchanged.

Verification

  • go test ./...
  • go vet ./...
  • git diff --check

This PR is intentionally draft and is the first slice of the CO2 methodology improvements.
