Summary

Bumps manifest.json version from 0.3.1 to 0.3.2.

What's in this release since 0.3.1

🐛 Fix NameError: auto_production_rate on every poll of the auto-production-rate sensor (#11).
🐛 Fix KeyError in async_unload_entry so the integration can be cleanly reloaded/removed (#12).
🔧 Ruff/pytest/mypy CI plumbing (#1–#3, #9, #10, #13) — no runtime change.
✅ Initial test coverage for config flow, setup/unload, sensors, and switch (#4, #5, #6, #8).

Test plan

Already validated by user's manual testing on their HA instance (#11 + #12 were trivial enough to skip pre-release testing).
